The Assure5Pro™ QC Plan involves 5 steps:

Step 1. Analysis Phase — Identify areas of opportunity and target specific challenges.

Step 2. Design Phase — Generate solutions through idea generation. Identify the required resources to implement the chosen solution and baselines to measure.

Step 3. Development Phase — Formulate a detailed procedure for implementing the approved solution.

Step 4. Implementation Phase — Execute the solution.

Step 5. Evaluation Phase — Build measurement tools, monitor implementation, and evaluate measurements to baseline. This phase is performed throughout the entire process.
